Recently, Intel released their latest range of processors for LGA1150, named Haswell. Followed by the launching of ASUS latest range of motherboards which got us excited. Today, we are going to have a look at ASUS Sabertooth Z87, part of the ASUS The Ultimate Force (TUF) line.

The ASUS Sabertooth Z87 supports Intel’s 4th Generation processor, from i3, i5 and i7. We got our hands on an Intel 4770 ES (non-K) to test with this board. In this review, we will cover on the features of the ASUS Sabertooth Z87.

The ASUS Sabertooth 990FX offers users a great entry into the high end of AMDs 990FX product range & it provides excellent features and performance. Overall, it is a great piece apart from overclocking, MemOK is a plus and I love it when testing different kit of memory, no elpida based incompatibility issue facing on high frequency during testing. To be very honest, this board is awesome, but nothing is perfect.ASUS SaberTooth lack of on easy switch button. This is kinda akward when you have a great motherboard layout but lacked off switch button.Pricing wise also can contribute to the award as well.But if you guys have an extra budget, ASUS SaberTooth 990FX can be the one to fulfill your needs.
