Review: GAMDIAS Hermes P1 RGB Mechanical Gaming Keyboard

Few months ago, we have taken a look at the GAMDIAS Hermes RGB mechanical gaming keyboard and we were very impressed with the massive features offered by the keyboard such as the highly customizable RGB LED backlighting, programmable macro keys, 32-bit ARM Cortex-M3 microprocessor, and the feature-packed HERA software.

Today we will be reviewing the latest flagship keyboard from GAMDIAS, in the form of Hermes P1. The latest iteration is an optimized version of the last Hermes RGB, polished with some improvements here and there. The most notable changes include the brushed aluminum top plate, the detachable wrist rest, cable management, a built-in storage space for the keycap puller, suspended keycaps, and waterproof design.

These features definitely are welcome additions to the already excellent keyboard. From here, we can see that GAMDIAS really knows how to fulfill every gamer’s needs. Other good features are retained, which include Kailh’s clicky Blue switches, enhanced RGB backlighting, four brightness levels, macro-able and profile keys, just to name a few.

Retailing for RM 319 in the local market, it is definitely a good buy if you considered the old Hermes RGB was going for RM 399 without those new features. Stay with us as we checking out what is so special about the keyboard that deserves our attention.
